By providing your mobile number, checking the SMS consent box, and submitting the Race Poke signup form, you agree to these Terms of Service.

SMS Program Description

Race Poke provides recurring automated text messages about race registration reminders and race-related updates.

User Consent

You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Race Poke.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on the races and alerts you choose to follow. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out and Help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any Race Poke message. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

Service Availability

SMS delivery may be delayed or unavailable depending on your mobile carrier or other factors outside Race Poke’s control. Delivery is not guaranteed.
