Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Race Poke, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States or Canada to create or use a Race Poke account. You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your phone secure.
Account and verification
Race Poke uses one-time SMS codes to create accounts, sign in, and confirm sensitive account actions. Never share a verification code. Carrier messaging and data rates may apply to OTP messages.
Race reminders
Race reminders are optional push notifications based on race information available to Race Poke. Dates can change and delivery is not guaranteed. Always confirm registration, drawing, deadline, and race details with the official race organizer.
Friends, contacts, and invitations
Contact matching is optional and starts only when you choose Sync contacts. Contact names remain on your device; normalized +1 phone numbers are sent for transient matching and are not saved as an address book. You choose each friend request and each invitation. Invitations open a message composer with a draft that you decide whether to send.
Acceptable use
Follow the Community Guidelines. Do not harass, impersonate, spam, misuse personal information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, exploit or endanger children, distribute or facilitate child sexual abuse material, or use Race Poke for illegal activity. You may block and report users.
Your content and activity
You retain responsibility for information and activity you submit. You allow Race Poke to process it only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.
Account suspension and deletion
Race Poke may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or threaten users or the service. You may permanently delete your account in Settings after OTP reauthentication. Live profile and social data are removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
Service availability
Race Poke is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or complete operation. To the extent permitted by law, Race Poke is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on race data.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. If an update requires renewed acceptance, Race Poke will ask you to accept it before continuing.
